- Date of incident
- Items damaged
- Receipts of items damaged (if available).

- Best time of day to contact you
An agent will then contact you to complete the process.
Submitting a claim is not a guarantee of benefits paid. Actual damages and benefits amounts are outlined on your insurance policy and governed by our terms and conditions. An appraiser will review the claim and determine the benefits to be paid out.
Your premium should also be paid up to date and not in default status (more than 3 months behind payments).
